Sales & Marketing Strategy Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales & Marketing Strategy Manager located in Bhopal. The Sales & Marketing Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sales and marketing strategies, and assessing and analyzing market trends and data to identify new business opportunities. The Sales Marketing and Strategy Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and ensure customer satisfaction, as well as monitor and report on performance metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years as a manager Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the entire team. Proficient in market research, data analysis, and reporting tools.

Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and traditional media Knowledge of relevant software applications, including CRM systems, marketing automation, and social media management tools Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams Experience in B2B or industrial sales and marketing is preferred.

Store Keeper

Eligibility

A High school qualified and holding experience of 2 to 3 years in civil industry. Basic understanding of Store keeping/terminologies Microsoft Office.

Job Role Description

 Responsible for typing jobs related to the preparation of Purchase orders ; contracts and also feed the data for the release of purchase orders
 Responsible for filling all relevant documents in a file duly numbered.
 To collect the material from the Lorry booking office /Railway booking office
 To receive incoming material as per purchase order, invoice, lorry receipt, inspection reports, etc.
 To make an entry in the inward consignment register (ICR)
 In case any discrepancies are found, then he shall inform the Incharge warehouse to take appropriate action deemed fit for any insurance claim.

To check the correctness of material based on purchase order, invoice, inspection reports etc and if found in order the same shall be taken charge by raising a Goods Receipt Voucher (GRV).
